Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling: I value my time and yours. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. More than 24 hours' notice: Your £20 deposit can be moved to a future session or refunded. Mobile Visits (Important) Space: Please ensure there is enough room for a massage table (approx 2m x 1m) with space for me to move around it. Parking: Please let me know if there are any parking restrictions or permits needed at your address. Safety: As a clinical professional, I reserve the right to terminate a session if the environment is unsafe or inappropriate. Less than 24 hours' notice: The £20 deposit is non-refundable to cover the lost slot and travel planning. No-Show Policy If you are not at the clinic or home address at the time of the booking and haven't contacted me, the deposit is forfeited. To book again, you may be asked to pay the full amount upfront. Late Arrivals If you are late, your session may be shortened to stay on schedule for the next client, but the full treatment price will still apply.
